We left our daily routines in Boulder Colorado to travel the South Pacific for 6 months. Our travel plans include the Hawaiian Islands, Tahiti, New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and then a quick trip over to Bali. Our son is 14 and our daughter is 12. We enrolled them in an online educational program provided by Boulder Valley School District. I took a 6 month leave from my profession as a Physical Therapist at a local hospital and my husband is running his company, Custom Solar, remotely. We started our journey on January 1, 2013 and plan to return to Boulder at the end of June. And the journey begins…..
